Before you get started
How does the trial work?
This environment creates a 14-day legacy trial. No card is required and it does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Launch terms remain under review.
Who counts as a paid user?
The office buys seat capacity and assigns it to internal user accounts. Purchased capacity is billed even when unassigned. The paying owner counts. Pending invitations, planning-only staff and hypothetical hires do not automatically become paid seats.
How does the founding offer work?
The first 5 qualifying paid Planning offices receive the founding rate for 12 calendar months. Trial signup does not reserve a place. The exact expiry and subsequent price must be confirmed before purchase.
What happens when I add seats or return later?
Added seats share the office’s original founding expiry. Downgrading, cancelling or returning does not restart the offer. Any seat or plan change must show its effective date and applicable cost before confirmation.
What happens when my trial ends?
The workspace explains which actions are restricted. Saved-data inspection and exports follow your role and the applicable access policy. A billing-capable administrator can review the available options. Final retention windows require approval.
Can I cancel or change packages?
The local proposal supports cancellation at period end and reviewed package or seat changes. Final proration, refund and failed-payment rules require approval before live purchasing.
Are taxes, support and migration included?
Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes. Support commitments and any migration work need an agreed scope; no unlimited support or migration promise is included.
What about an existing subscription?
Existing subscribers retain their agreed prices and provider subscription. The launch proposal does not migrate those contracts or create a second subscription.
