Commercial and legal terms are awaiting authorized review. This page does not establish a customer contract.

The launch proposal uses one package per office and a monthly price per paid internal user. The local review includes Starter and Planning, with a time-limited founding offer for qualifying Planning offices. Existing subscriptions retain their current mappings.

Before checkout can be released, the operator must approve the parties to the contract, released services, prices and applicable taxes, payment and seat rules, founding eligibility, cancellation timing, trial and overdue treatment, support scope, refunds, post-cancellation access and retention, liability and dispute provisions, and the processing agreement.

The proposed founding offer must display its exact expiry and subsequent standard price before acceptance. A checkout return URL is not evidence of payment or activation.

Approved documents will require a version, effective date and recorded acceptance. No acceptance of this unapproved draft is requested.
