How can we help?
Setting up your office, managing projects and finding your way around PlanOps.
Create an office workspace
The current legacy signup creates a 14-day trial without a payment card. A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Connect people and accounts
Owners: create the sign-in account in Settings → Users, then open the person under Employees and link that account. Employee records hold capacity and planning history; user accounts hold permissions. In Billing, review purchased capacity separately from assigned seats. A pending invitation or planning-only employee does not buy a seat.
Assign access and resolve restrictions
Owners should open Settings → Billing to inspect the agreement and assignments, and Settings → Users for active status and roles. Assign only eligible internal accounts within available capacity. If you are a team member, give your administrator the exact access notice. A role change cannot override an inactive subscription or missing seat.
Create a useful baseline
Set the planning horizon, project dates and fees, weekly employee capacity, cost histories and allocations. In Planning, capture a baseline and inspect its missing-input notices. Clone the baseline to test changes. A saved snapshot retains the inputs captured at that time; update source records and capture again when you need a new baseline.
Understand unknown financial inputs
Unknown is not zero. Add the missing project fee, cost history, opening balance or receipt timing indicated by the view. Contribution uses revenue less the included direct costs; it is not accounting profit. Recorded receipts are actual payment records. Forecast receipts and opportunities remain assumptions.
Correct and submit time
Open Time Tracking, choose a project, date and duration, then save a draft. Use Edit entry to reopen it and submit it for approval. Reviewers open Review submitted time, approve a page or enter a reason for rejection. Filter by Rejected to find feedback, correct the entry and resubmit. Submitted, approved and locked entries cannot be edited. Draft deletion requires confirmation.
Review an invoice
Create a draft with the matching client and project, dates and line items. Open Edit draft to correct it, then Preview / print review copy to inspect the amounts. Local review can issue and mark sent, which locks the draft but does not send email. Production issuance, credits and corrections await accounting approval. Record only verified payments against issued invoices; repeated payment submissions use the same operation key.
Recover from a failed save
Your form values remain after a rejected request. Read the field message and retry after correcting it. For a record-changed conflict, copy any text you need, reload the current record and review the differences before saving again. For an expired session, sign in again. Use Forgot password to request a new link when a previous link is expired or already used.
Attachments and legal acknowledgements
File attachments are not released in this preview. Storage, scanning and retention approval must be completed before customer uploads are enabled. Account legal acknowledgements are separate versioned records; they are not file uploads.
Make your first plan
Add a client and project, record working time and allocate hours. In Planning, capture a baseline and clone it before experimenting with assumptions.
Trial ending or access restricted?
Sign in to see your office’s current access status. Authorized administrators can review billing and seat assignments. Other team members should contact their office administrator.
Saved plans and exports
Saved snapshots keep their captured source records. Historical inspection and exports remain subject to your role and the applicable access policy. Open a revision before exporting it.
Payments and launch availability
The launch offer is under review. This preview cannot charge a card. Provider activation, final legal terms, retention windows and support commitments still require approval.
